RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
CANCELLING AN ORDER
You can cancel an order by contacting us with your request, and if the order has not yet been dispatched, we will be able to issue a full refund including any postage costs, However if the order has been dispatched, please see "returning items" below
RETURNING AN ITEM
You are welcome to return any item(s) to us with no questions asked, you have 14 days from receiving your item(s) to let us know then a further 14 days to get them back to us with the return postage paid by you
All items returned must be unused with original unopened packaging and tags if applicable
Once we have received your returned item(s) we will then process your refund minus the original postage cost unless your item arrived to you damaged or not as described, please see below
DAMAGED OR NOT AS DESCRIBED ITEMS
In the unlikely event that you receive an item or items that are damaged or significantly not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item(s) and we will arrange a replacement and/or return at no additional cost to you
